Jane worked on several planning studies while at Jan Hird Pokorny Associates, including a Historic Structure Report for the Merchant’s House Museum, an 1832 row house which is a National Historic Landmark as well as a New York City Landmark.  The Historic Structure Report provided detailed documentation about the property’s history and existing conditions as well as recommendations for restoration.
